In Alysia's 19 years as a hair stylist she has been both behind the chair and a hair educator for Aveda. Her most recent success is co-owning Little Fern Salon for the past 5 years.
In her free time, Alysia likes running, hiking or anything involving the outdoors, gossiping with friends over a glass of wine, and spending quality time with her husband and two pups.

Macy is a senior in college, currently working towards a bachelor's degree in strategic communications. A year ago, she started as an assistant with Little Fern Salon, but now her job duties include content creation and management, podcast co-hosting, editing, and producing, as well as daily assistant duties.
In her free time, Macy enjoys spending quality time with her friends, traveling in and out of the country, cooking anything with carbs in it, and pushing herself out of her comfort zone.
Growing up with a family business in floral design, Nora's been in the service industry for as long as she can remember. Over the last 12 years, she has worked behind the chair and as an Aveda hair educator, leading her to co-owning Little Fern Salon for the past 5 years.
In her spare time, she owns and operates Blum Modern Floral as a 4th generation floral designer, lives a crunchy lifestyle, and is a mother.
